Nothing like being sick to your stomach for hours to make you appreciate your blessings. If I had to choose one thing in the world to never experience again, an upset stomach would be it!
God is gracious though. He blessed me with amazing friends who supported me in prayer, and one who even spent the night helping distract me from how miserable I felt. You know the old saying, "A friend in need is a friend indeed"? Well I'm thankful to have many such friends indeed.
Praying that God will allow me to still come home this weekend, but even if not, trusting in His Sovereignty. Thanks to all for their prayers, they were much appreciated!
