Slept in some this morning, which was a very nice change of pace, especially after the busy weekend and my shoulders and back still being quite sore from the sunburn. Yet another day of wearing a swimsuit around under my clothes to avoid painful rubbing.
Today was also our last official writing class for the summer other than our turn-in-work day on Friday. It has been pretty cool teaching these great girls this summer. Even though the writing has been interrupted by vacations and other such life events, the girls have worked hard to improve their writing skills, and the dedication definitely shows! Each of them has written a research paper/essay, and I am thrilled with how well each did.
Looking forward to putting the sunburn behind me and enjoying the last week before I have to return to Rock Hill!
