Such a different day than anticipated. I thought I would have to go to Rock Hill yesterday for a team meeting, but since that was cancelled, I didn't actually end up going. Thus, my lack of plans for this morning resulted in the opportunity to sleep in (a little). Then, Jonathan ended up not having to work today so we went on errands to Greenville before coming home for dinner.
With mom out of town we had some meatloaf in the freezer so we did a homestyle dinner with meatloaf, corn on the cob, green beans, sweet potato, and blueberry cobbler made by Rita. (I was very proud of her for making a fantastic cobbler considering she doesn't usually enjoy cooking).
After dinner, we played Rummikub before becoming completely distracted by and immersed in the Olympics. Fun to just sit together with family and Jonathan and enjoy a relaxing evening!
