Homeward Bound!

Today actually was Friday.  Yippee!!!  And, on top of everything else, I received a call from the jewelers to say that my locket is back!  I can drive up to Pineville before leaving town to go pick it up after 3.5 weeks of not being able to wear it.  So every exciting.

Also excited to have coffee with Dana tonight on the way back.  (For those who don't know Dana was my roommate for a semester in college who graduated in December 2011 and has spent the past 10 months working at Disneyworld).  She was back in town for a wedding, so I was able to see her for the first time in nearly a year.  Good times!

All of that crazy completely made up for the horrendous parent/teacher conference this afternoon. Just not even going there, except to say I'm so glad the rest of today is making up for it!
