Tom and Suzanne's wedding today was such a beautiful picture of the Gospel. So thankful to be a part of the new lives these two have begun today, and reminded of the truth that God's grace is sufficient to cover us.
Very tired tonight. I think this week is finally catching up with me. I need to spend some God time, and then get some shut-eye before another day tomorrow. But I am super excited to go get some relaxation time after church tomorrow--manicure and pedicure, courtesy of a fantastic student who gave me a gift certificate for the pedicure, and of my own "blow money" fund for much-needed stress relief.
RITA COMES TOMORROW EVENING!!! (As you can tell I'm not at all excited by this, nor am I tired as you can tell by how much I'm rambling in this post).
God is good. Humor is good. I have to share a quote from Nicole tonight as I'm helping her edit her paper. It made both of us laugh hysterically: "You can take out like one word and make the whole sentence sound 10 times better. I can't do that. I'm jealous." Thankful for laughter and good friends.
