This was a great day. Period. There were basically three stages of the day: Cookout, Recital, Evening
Awesome cookout. Friends. Family. Putt-Putt. Apples to Apples. Homemade Burgers. Conversation. Uno. Wizards. Gorgeous lake to look at. Time to enjoy good food, good company, and our good God. Got to witness a baptism take place and heard "Tu Nombre Levantare'" (good memories of Ecuador...)
Fantastic (though lengthy) recital! All of the students performed beautifully, and showed great maturity and grace in handling any difficulties that arose from the pieces. The music was simply lovely.
Delicious dinner with family and friends. More conversation and card games. Great way to end the day!
