I have decided to opt out of sightseeing today in favor of sticking around the B&B and relaxing. I offered to do laundry so that Alfred could go ahead and leave, but other than that, I get to putter around and chat with friends online, and look at yarn online, and do whatever I feel like! Possibly the best day yet!

The attendant at the laundromat is very kind and helpful. And this has to be the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen in my entire life! Whenever he wasn't switching loads, fluffing out blankets in the dryer, or folding things, he was mopping or wiping, or preparing bags and labels for clients who leave their laundry to be done. Laundry sure is expensive here in Italy, but so worth it to have clean clothing!

Glad to be back after walking up that ghastly hill with all of our laundry. Now the rest of my day is truly free!
