Was able to attend the wedding of two members of my Journey Group today. It was exciting to be there as they joined their lives together in covenant before God and the many guests they had invited. Enjoyed carpooling with Edwina, Saundra, and Kadin. It was fun for the three single ladies to all ride together, and, ironically, we were all wearing purple. Quite amusing.
Spent the afternoon dancing with my stand-in wedding date, the adorable Kadin. He is getting heavy, though, and after 10 minutes of dancing, I felt like I had done an hour workout! But it was a lot of fun. Made it home in time to video chat with Jonathan twice. So wonderful to see his face and hear his voice, all at the same time. It was a wonderful evening.
