Just in case anyone is wondering....
Dismissal duty in the pouring rain, so hard that your umbrella starts leaking, so hard that puddles form in an instant, so hard that my socks are soaking, so hard that the edges of my gauchos are soaking, and then suddenly stopping and the sun comes out and steam rises off the pavement
That's not a comfortable place to be.
