I am officially zumba-ed. Have been working out with Nicole doing Zumba on the Wii. Today kicked my rear though. An hour of intense aerobics left my hamstrings and gluts hurting. A lot. Supposedly burned 1010 calories, and I can FEEL it. Praying that stretching and ibuprofen do their jobs and I can actually walk tomorrow. Kinda hard to teach if I can't move...
